Founded in July 1995 by JoAnne G, Auerbach, JG Auerbach & Associates has an extensive history of providing services to private and public sector organizations and to individuals.

Services have included executive and contingency search, contract recruiting, career coaching, and consulting on recruitment, human resources, labor relations, and job search issues.  

The company was located in San Francisco but has recently returned to its former location in Oakland CA.

Charitable Donations

2% of all earnings will be  donated to animal rescue organizations or local rescue groups.  1% will be donated to Bay Area animal rescue groups and 1% will be donated to an animal rescue group or organization of the candidate's choice.

We recruit candidates to fill positions for companies with hiring needs.  

Occupational focus                     

Sales, marketing,  client services, human resources and other "business-related" positions  at VP-Director-Manager levels.   But sometimes other occupations too.

Industry focus                                  

Technology (software & Internet), life sciences, healthcare, consulting,  and CPG.  But sometimes other industries too.

Geography focus-US positions

Preference is anywhere in California; New York City area and surrounding states,  and Northwest Arkansas (because I have a cabin-on-a-lake there and love the area).  But sometimes other US locations too.
